* Any drive or GTGs sponsored by EuroBerge, LLC. everyone will abide by all laws and EuroBerge, LLC. is not responsible for those actions done by anyone. We reserve all rights to turn anyone over to the authorities as this our civil duty to the safety of not only those on the drive, but the other drivers on the road. Be careful, mindful, and alert at all time of what is going on while driving.
* Agreement to these terms allows you the freedom to enjoy yourself in a safe environment.
* Sponsored events and drives will have a written and signed agreement for those all those involved to cover all legal obligations by the company and provide an agreement to serve to authorities if need be. Any caught breaking the written and signed agreement will be asked to break association for the event from EuroBerge, LLC.
